From time to time our stock may run out due to winery production, stock shortage or shipment delay. Our friendly staff will contact you immediately and offer the best alternative suggestion. You have 100% authority to cancel the order with no charges.
We would be most delighted to assist! Please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you within two working days.
Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery. Should you encounter any damaged, incorrect or missing items , do contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order and/or return pick up. Please do not dispose of any damaged items before contacting us directly.

Usually takes 2-3 working days.
Once your wine order is confirmed, an invoice will be processed and emailed to you. From there we will coordinate a suitable date and time with you.

Our operating hours for delivery;
Monday – Friday: 12pm – 6pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: subject to availability

Tick remove to delete an item or simply increase or decrease the numerical value to change the quantity. You will be able to view the total/grand total change.
We only accept Singapore dollars. We also accept cash upon delivery, bank transfer before delivery.
Free delivery with minimum of 6 bottles purchase unless stated. Upon confirmation, our friendly staff will contact and liase the date & time for delivery. Usually takes 2-3 working days. Our operating hours for delivery: Monday – Friday: 12pm – 6pm Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: subject to availability There will be a charge of S$30 shall one failed to receive the goods once delivery is confirmed.
Once order is confirmed & invoice sent, no cancellation is allowed. You may try to contact us within 1 working day however, we will charge you S$20 for admin fees.

3. Fill up your billing/delivery details, click “submit order”
4. As soon as your order is confirmed, we will send you an invoice. Depending on delivery location most wines should arrive within 2-3 working days.
